1. Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team gets to work! 📦

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €25 (or the equivalent in your currency), except for remote regions. For orders below €25, shipping is just €2.99. If your address is in a remote area, additional charges may apply – we’ll contact you before shipping if needed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time. Simply click on the tracking link to check your delivery status.

4. Remote Regions & Additional Shipping Charges

While we offer free shipping, some remote areas may require extra fees due to higher delivery costs. If your shipping address falls within one of these regions:

  • We will notify you via email before shipping.
  • You will have the option to confirm the additional shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Delays & Missing Packages

We work hard to ensure your package arrives on time! However, sometimes unexpected delays happen.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  • Check your tracking link for updates.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If your package is missing or hasn’t arrived within 30 days, reach out to us – we’ll help resolve the issue!

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

To avoid shipping issues, please double-check your address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts:

  • We can reship the package (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If you prefer a refund, we will process it minus shipping costs (for non-remote regions) and restocking fees if applicable.
