Do not send the item to the sender’s address on the package – we will give you the correct return address.
Step 3: Return the Product
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require extra time to credit the funds (up to 30 days in rare cases).
We offer free return shipping for the following cases:
Item arrived damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Item does not match the description
Missing parts or accessories

If you return an item for reasons other than those listed above, your refund will be subject to a 35% return fee (deducted from the product price).
This fee helps cover international shipping, logistics, and handling costs.
You do not need to pay separately for return shipping — it’s already included in this fee.
We cannot accept returns for:
Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., razors, underwear, opened cosmetics)
Medical & health items (e.g., face masks, thermometers)
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Customized or personalized products
Digital products (e.g., e-books, gift cards)
Hazardous items (e.g., batteries, flammable liquids)
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
After the refund is issued through PayPal, customers typically receive the money within:
PayPal balance: up to 48 hours
Credit/Debit card via PayPal: 3–5 business days (bank-dependent)
In total, customers usually receive their refund within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.
In rare cases, some banks may take up to 30 days to post the refund.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return under the terms above.
