At Sunny Finds, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please read the policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

1. How to Return & Get a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Include clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  • Do not send the item to the sender’s address on the package – we will give you the correct return address.

Step 3: Return the Product

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require extra time to credit the funds (up to 30 days in rare cases).

2. Free Returns – When We Cover the Cost

We offer free return shipping for the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Wrong item received

  • Item does not match the description

  • Missing parts or accessories

3. Returns with a Return Fee

If you return an item for reasons other than those listed above, your refund will be subject to a 35% return fee (deducted from the product price).

  • This fee helps cover international shipping, logistics, and handling costs.

  • You do not need to pay separately for return shipping — it’s already included in this fee.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., razors, underwear, opened cosmetics)

  • Medical & health items (e.g., face masks, thermometers)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, gift cards)

  • Hazardous items (e.g., batteries, flammable liquids)

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • After the refund is issued through PayPal, customers typically receive the money within:

    • PayPal balance: up to 48 hours

    • Credit/Debit card via PayPal: 3–5 business days (bank-dependent)

  • In total, customers usually receive their refund within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

  • In rare cases, some banks may take up to 30 days to post the refund.

📌 If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact us or your payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return under the terms above.
