We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something goes wrong, we will do everything possible to make it right quickly and fairly.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders delivered to:

  • Italy

  • Germany

  • Ireland

  • France

  • Luxembourg


1. Return Period (EU Consumer Law Compliant)

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original condition,

  • with all accessories included (if applicable).

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout

  • clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

✔ We cover 100% of the return shipping costs OR send a free replacement.
✔ No additional fees.

For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color chosen):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 3–5 business days for approval

  • 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)

We will notify you by email once your refund has been completed.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Used or visibly worn items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Hygienic items that have been opened (e.g., items that contact skin/mouth unless faulty)


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please email us.
We will assist you with tracking or offer a resolution in line with our delivery protection policy.


7. Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we offer:

  • free exchange, or

  • full refund

depending on your preference and product availability.
