At Sunny Finds, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Ireland & United Kingdom:

    • Free shipping on orders over €25 (converted to GBP at checkout).

    • Orders under €25 → €2.99 shipping fee.

  • Australia & New Zealand:

    • Free shipping on orders over €25 (converted to AUD/NZD at checkout).

    • Orders under €25 → equivalent of €2.99 in local currency.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, extra delivery charges may apply. We’ll email you before shipping to confirm.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders come with tracking information sent by email after dispatch.

  • Didn’t get tracking within 5 business days? Contact us at support@sunnyfind.com.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

  • If your order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery:

    • We can reship the package (extra shipping fees may apply), or

    • Refund your order (minus original shipping costs).

6. Delays & Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time (mentioned above), please contact us at support@sunnyfind.com. We’ll track your shipment and keep you updated.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
