1. How to Return & Get a Refund/Replacement

  • Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package. We will provide the correct return address.

Step 3: Return the Product

  • Ship the item back in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 2-14 business days after the return is received.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (processing times depend on your payment provider).

2. Free Returns – Eligible Reasons

We offer free returns for the following issues:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., underwear, socks, razors, toothbrushes, cosmetics, opened skincare products)
  • Medical & health items (e.g., face masks, thermometers, first aid kits)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, drinks, supplements, flowers, plants)
  • Custom & personalized products (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order clothing)
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content, software, gift cards)
  • Hazardous items (e.g., batteries, power banks, flammable liquids)
  • Intimate & adult products (e.g., sex toys, lubricants, massage oils)

📌Note: If an item falls under these categories, it cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Non-Eligible Free Returns – Customer Responsibility

You may return items for the following reasons, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs & any restocking fees:
