Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Service Terms, Sunny Find grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Sunny Find Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Sunny Find Service or its content, the collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, any derivative use of any Sunny Find Service or its content, any downloading or copying of account information for another merchant’s benefit, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any Sunny Find Service for commercial purposes without express written consent.
You may need an account to use certain Sunny Find Services and may be required to log in and provide a valid payment method. If a payment method fails, we may charge another valid payment method associated with your account.

Sunny Find operates as an e-commerce retailer and works with trusted suppliers to fulfill customer orders. All products displayed on our website are available for purchase, and prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Estimated delivery times and shipping policies are clearly provided on our Shipping & Delivery page.
You may post reviews, comments, and other content, send e-cards and other communications, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, provided that the content is not illegal (or obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to Sunny Find and/or third parties). You agree to indemnify Sunny Find against all legal claims brought by third parties related to the content you provide, except where liability arises from our failure to remove unlawful content after notification.
Sunny Find respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us.
Any software provided by Sunny Find (including updates and related documentation) for use in connection with our services is subject to additional terms.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to Sunny Find and ensure error-free transmissions. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free service. Access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, repairs, or updates.
Sunny Find is not responsible for (i) losses not caused by our breach of these terms, (ii) business losses (including lost profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or expenses), or (iii) indirect or consequential losses unforeseeable at the time of agreement.
We are not liable for delays or failures arising from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure events. This does not affect your legal rights, such as receiving a refund if we fail to deliver due to such events. Some jurisdictions may not allow these liability exclusions, meaning you may have additional rights.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you may bring legal proceedings relating to these Terms & Conditions in the competent courts of your country of residence.

For example, economic sanctions and embargoes imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, U.S. Departments of State, Treasury, or Commerce, and other government authorities may prohibit you from taking products to other countries, even for your own personal use, and/or sending products (physically or digitally) to particular individuals, corporations, organizations, or entities. Additionally, you agree not to purchase any product or service from Sunny Find if you are subject to restrictive measures (sanctions).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, our guidelines, and policies at any time, to comply with legal and regulatory provisions, to clarify their application, or to reflect changes to our services. Any updates will be published on our website. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified within a reasonable period.

Your rights to use Sunny Find Software will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Use of Third-Party Services. When you use Sunny Find Software, you may also be using services of third parties, such as a wireless carrier or mobile platform provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to separate policies, terms, and fees of those third parties.
No Reverse Engineering. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Sunny Find Software, in whole or in part, or create derivative works from it.
Software Updates. Unless otherwise indicated in specific Service Terms, Sunny Find may periodically release updates and upgrades to its software.

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and services through Sunny Find. We offer a wide range of services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use any Sunny Find Service, you will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that service.
Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order. By placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
The presentation of products and services on our website constitutes an invitation to offer. When you select products and add them to your cart, you will be required to choose delivery and payment options before placing an order. By clicking “Buy Now,” you are making a contractual offer to purchase the selected products.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send an Order Confirmation Email. If your order is dispatched in multiple shipments, you may receive separate Dispatch Confirmation Emails. We will debit the funds immediately upon placing your order. A contract between you and Sunny Find will be formed at this moment.
You may cancel your order before we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email, provided it has not been prepared for shipment.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available in the Your Account section of our website.
All orders must correspond to typical household needs, both in terms of quantity per order and frequency of purchase.
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes (where legally required). Shipping costs and any additional charges (such as customs duties or import taxes) will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the goods (see below).
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, unless exceptions apply.
If a trusted person receives the goods on your behalf, the withdrawal period starts on the day of delivery to that person.
To exercise this right, you must notify Sunny Find by email within 14 days and return the product following our instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via your original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
Sealed audio/video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery.
Personalized or custom-made goods.
Perishable goods or those that deteriorate quickly.
Services that have been fully performed if you agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium if you agreed to immediate delivery.
Alcoholic beverages with fluctuating market values outside Sunny Find’s control.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
Certain products may be excluded (e.g. hygiene items, perishables, customized goods, or hazardous materials).
Return Costs:
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, Sunny Find covers the return cost.
For other returns, a 35% return fee will be deducted from your refund, which includes shipping and handling costs.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time (up to 30 days in rare cases).
All goods you purchase from Sunny Find are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law for faulty or non-conforming goods.
We make every effort to ensure that product prices and availability information on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in pricing or availability after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These additional charges must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for further details.
The warranty provisions for products sold on Sunny Find differ depending on whether the buyer is a “consumer” or a “professional” under Directive 1999/44/EC concerning “certain aspects of sales contracts and warranties on consumer goods.”
If you buy as a “consumer,” you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which ensures that products are free from defects and conform to the sales contract. This Legal Warranty applies for two years from the delivery date, and defects must be reported within two months of discovery. If applicable, you may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
Sunny Find is not responsible if a product does not comply with the regulations of a country outside of European Union. We are also not liable for delivery delays due to stock shortages or minor discrepancies between the actual product and images or descriptions on our website.
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages at the time of contract conclusion. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages not directly caused by our breach of contract. Sunny Find is also not responsible for any obligations undertaken by third parties offering commercial warranties on products sold on our site.
For products with digital components, Sunny Find (or an associated third party) may provide updates, including those required by law and optional feature enhancements.
By using our services, you agree to receive automatic updates. If an update is not installed correctly or is delayed, product functionality may be affected, and we will not be liable for resulting defects due to failure to install updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of European Union, with the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts. As a consumer, you may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence within the European Union.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the version in effect at the time of your order placement.
If we do not enforce a right under these Terms & Conditions, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.
